The data collected by Mobility is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Route Management: Optimize and verify compliance with routes assigned to promoters.
  • Field Audit: Validate personnel presence at points of sale using geofencing.
  • Information Gathering: Process inventory data, prices, and displays captured through forms and photographs.
  • Security: Prevent unauthorized access and guarantee the integrity of commercial information.

3. DISCLOSURE OF LOCATION DATA (IMPORTANT)

Mobility collects location data to allow tracking of work routes and verification of store visits, even when the application is closed or not in use (provided the user has an active work day).

This data is shared only with the platform administrators of the employing company and is not sold to third parties.

4. USE OF CAMERA AND PHOTOGRAPHS

The Application requires access to the camera so that the user can attach visual evidence to their reports (photos of shelves, POP material, stock). These images are uploaded to our secure servers and are associated exclusively with the corresponding operational report.

The application does not access the user’s personal photo gallery without explicit consent.

5. INFORMATION SECURITY

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We use encryption protocols for data transmission between the mobile application and our servers.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your information while your account is active or as necessary to comply with the operational and legal purposes of the commercial relationship between Mobility and your employing company.

7. USER RIGHTS

Users can consult, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data through their organization’s technical support channels or by sending a direct request to Mobility.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any substantial changes will be notified through the application or via a notice on our website.
